Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly in advance by direct debit or credit card. Invoices are issued on the same date each month.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. We don’t tie you into long-term contracts — we earn your business every month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starter and Professional plans have no setup fees. Enterprise implementations may incur a one-time configuration charge depending on complexity.
Do you offer discounts for annual payment?
Yes. Pay annually and receive two months free (equivalent to 17% discount).
What about VAT?
All prices exclude VAT at the current UK rate. VAT-registered businesses will receive a proper VAT invoice for reclaim purposes.
